Development of An Energy Management System Using ‘Big Data’ and ‘Wireless’ Technologies for Industrie 4.0 in Brewery Industry

Due to competition in the brewery, taste is the best way to win consumers. Despite the fact that the manufacturer could use other materials to change the taste, the main way is temperature. Because even use the same methodology to make, it will get different taste within different temperature. By controlling the temperature during the making and imbursement, the manufacturer can get the exact taste what the consumers most like. So how to control the temperature more precisely became a good way to enhance their competition. In the background of Industry 4.0, the manufacturers are allowed to put more thinking into energy management. Not only just for control the temperature precisely but to considering the energy efficiency, the costs and the control reliability. By using new technologies, it not only can improve the effects, but also could ameliorate the system’s environment to make more reliable. This project will mainly reveal a new type of energy management in brewery industry. Which with use ‘wireless technology’ and ‘big data’. In addition, to simulate the whole energy management system LabVIEW will be used to simulate the main process.
